I can’t sign in

You can sign into GetYourRefund in order to answer tax questions, upload tax documents, sign your final tax return, and message your tax team.

Click sign in. You will be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or ITIN, or enter your Client ID. Then we will text message or email a one time use, 6-digit password. Once you enter that password you will be signed into your account.
